Robyn Sexton


Robyn Sexton, Founder + CEO of Phabulous Foods, grew up in the Midwest with a family that enjoyed fresh, wholesome food. Her Italian father believed in making everything from scratch, and her Irish mother enjoyed cooking with natural ingredients that were an extension of her heritage.  It wasn't until many years later that Robyn would realize how important her family's food values would play a role in her life.

Robyn is married with three beautiful boys and currently lives in Chicago.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, eating good food and staying active. She worked in finance for 22 years before retiring to take care of her youngest son who has chronic kidney disease. She has a strong passion for finding healthy foods, especially for those living with CKD. Phabulous Foods was created to help her son as well as those looking for healthy snack food options.    

She holds a BA from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Sara Haas


Sara Haas, RDN, LDN, + Head of Product Innovation for Phabulous Foods, is a food and nutrition expert with formal training in the culinary arts. She works as a freelance writer, recipe developer, media authority, public speaker and consultant dietitian/chef. She is the author of Taco! Taco! Taco! and co-author of The Fertility Foods Cookbook. Sara is a former culinary and nutrition instructor and served as a National Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Media Spokesperson. Sara has been featured in Eating Well Magazine, Shape Magazine, Parents Magazine, U.S.A. Today, The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, Epicurious, BabyCenter, O Magazine and Today’s Dietitian Magazine. 

Sara also shares her love of food and nutrition on her website, and on Instagram (@cookinRD) where she posts recipes, as well as nutrition and cooking tips. She lives in Chicago with her husband and little sous chef.
